Hi, I’m Kelz.

If you’re reading this, you’re probably trying to figure out if I might be the right fit—and that matters. So, a little about me…

I’m a white, queer, polyamorous, kinky, neurodivergent, and disabled therapist, educator, and artist. I’m passionate about working with folx who have been marginalized, stigmatized, or pushed to the edges of traditional care spaces, and supporting you in building a life and relationships that feel aligned and genuinely yours.

I practice from a liberation-centered, intersectional feminist framework that is explicitly anti-racist, abolitionist, and rooted in pleasure activism. I understand distress not just as something happening within you, but as something shaped by systems, power, and lived experience. Together, we hold that full context while building agency, self-trust, and connection—making space for both the challenges you’re navigating and the joy, desire, and possibility that are essential to healing.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. My background includes extensive work in queer sexual health and STI/HIV prevention and care. I bring both lived and professional experience into the therapy space, along with training in behavioral approaches that I integrate with relational, embodied, and trauma-informed practices.

I believe sexual health is part of life, not something separate or hidden in hushed, taboo corners. Sexual health is expansive, far beyond a mere physical act, shaped by how desire and pleasure live in us.  It is not limited to orgasm—it lives in connection, sensation, and presence.

As Adrienne Maree Brown writes, “Pleasure is a measure of freedom,” and as Audre Lorde reminds us, “The erotic is a measure between the beginnings of our sense of self and the chaos of our strongest feelings.

If this resonates, I’d be honored to connect.
